1935 Mercedes 500K Kompressor Cabriolet B Right Hand Drive. Chassis 207793 RHD. Delivered new to UK, British Mercedes-Benz Ltd, London. The sensation of the 1934 Berlin Auto Show, Mercedes-Benz's legendary 500K supercar was the creation of the talented engineer Dr Hans Nibel.
With its mighty 5-litre engine, the 500K was one of the very few cars of the 1930s capable of achieving 100 mph on the open road. Delivered to its first owner Sir Robert MacKenzie of London on 19.06.1935. In later years the car resided in Spain prior to a comprehensive restoration by known Mercedes experts.
