We have a fantastic Rover P4 95 MK1 for you. It is a 95 MK 1 with that lovely 2625cc straight-six delivering 102 Hp. Compared to the Rover 90 production run of nearly 36,000, the 3680 95’s made are a much rarer sight. This one was supplied to Windmill & Lewis Ltd in Bristol on the 18th October 1962 and became registered for the first time on the 6th November 1962.
This Rover still has kept many of its original English documents. By 1979 the car had had two owners and it was last used in 1999, with the last MOT dated on the 26th May1999. By mid 1998 the odometer read 55,887 miles. Early 2004 saw the car exported to the Netherlands, with the Dutch registration following halfway through 2004. Around about this time the car had been fully restored.
The fine bodywork has straight and well-fitting body panels. The sound underbody is rust-free. This P4 95 is in every aspect a top-quality car. In 2009 the engine was completely rebuilt by a Dutch specialist engine restorer. A completely new clutch was fitted in 2015. Accompanying invoices are present. The Rover has a two-tone Juniper Green finish.
The superb interior trim exhibits some very fine details. Being an every-day car, it is quite rare to find a surviving Rover P4 95, especially one in such fine and fully restored condition!
